I had a similar reaction to something similar. Haven't found the solution yet. This leaves me frustrated and wondering, if I or my opinions even matter. This is where I would expect my lead to come into the picture and be transparent with me, that's all. But sorry to say that people are really complicated and not like our code which speaks for itself.
